For this we are committed to offering you a 3-month satisfaction guarantee for all your purchases. If, within this period, you notice a defect in one of our products, we are here for you.

We offer repair or replacement solutions, subject to presentation of proof of purchase and photos of the defective product.

It is important to note that our warranty does not cover damage resulting from excessive use, accidents or normal wear and tear.

It is essential to note that our jewelry is not resistant to metal discoloration. It is perfectly natural that certain metals or tones, as well as some semi-precious stones, may experience variations in color or appearance over time.

These changes are influenced by contact with the skin and vary depending on the individual characteristics of each skin, such as its acidity level and perspiration.

As a result, we are unable to guarantee these aspects.

RETURNS:

Returns and exchanges must be made a maximum of 7 days after receipt of your package. For all returns, delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that we do not provide refunds. Instead, we will credit your purchase amount, allowing you to use it towards a future purchase or to exchange an item.
